The consultation staff member who said they were a former nurse was a bit indifferent and not great.. I didn’t like how they spoke as if this place was the best and everywhere else was bad. I disliked the high-handed way they talked.. But the chief director who has done the most breast surgeries was kind and thorough during the consultation, so it was easy to understand breast surgery.
