Nose Surgery Reviews

I think I can finally stop worrying about nose surgery Sigh..

<Before><After><Side-profile comparison>Ever since I was young, my nose bothered me the most and caused me stress. Since quite a few people around me had rhinoplasty and got good results, I thought I would succeed right away with my first surgery...? But my first surgery failed, and then my revision barely changed anything (I even heard from some people that it looked crooked), so that failed too, and I ended up coming all the way to a second revision.... Since it wasn’t my first surgery, it cost a lot, but aside from that, I started wondering, “Can I really get the nose I want?” I had gone into both my first surgery and revision full of expectations, but the nasal tip drooped quickly and it was slightly crooked, so it stressed me out even more.. So for my second revision, all I could think was that I absolutely had to get it done by a director with real skill and lots of experience. Since the difficulty level was higher than my first surgery, I searched really hard both online and in person to find a place that was genuinely good. The reason I did it at ㅂㄴㄴ was, first of all, their aesthetic sense for noses matched mine really well (they shape it well in the classic, polished style), and what stood out most was how passionately and thoroughly they explained the revision surgery method. So I had rhinoplasty without silicone, using no implant and donated costal cartilage. The director also checked things I had never even properly heard about during my first surgery and revision.. like nasal tip defining-point correction and areas such as the bone beside the nasal bridge, and included them in the surgical plan, so I think the crooked shape was corrected well. And just because it was a second revision, it’s not like I wasn’t nervous at all.... I was extremely nervous, and I really, really wanted it to succeed this time. Still, after the surgery, before, when I had the splint on, the swelling would rise a lot overall, but this time there wasn’t much swelling....?? Recovery was faster than I expected too, and before, removing the splint had stung and hurt sometimes, but this time that didn’t happen, so I recovered well. The hospital also told me on their own that it would be good to check this and be careful about that!! Even while there was swelling, I could see that the crooked part had been corrected well, and I’m so happy because it doesn’t look unattractive or artificial like before.... Honestly, finally feeling satisfied now does make me feel a bit of a reality check.. But I’m trying to live thinking it’s a relief that even my second revision was successful. If anyone here is looking into revision surgery like I was, I really hope you choose your hospital carefully and get your surgery.. Don’t end up needing revision surgery like me....

This review is for a surgery result pursuing a polished, natural-looking style.
