<Before surgery: the nasal tip droops and the upturned nose is very noticeable><After surgery: nostril lowering + columella lowering, and the nasal tip was lifted>I’d say my first nose surgery wasn’t bad, but the silicone implant rotated to one side and the nasal tip dropped, making it look like an upturned nose, so I had surgery again Since the material had rotated, I looked for a place that examines things in detail, and the place I went to seemed to do consultations for at least 30 minutes as standard, even from looking at other reviews? At first I wondered if there was really that much to look at for 30 minutes, but once I actually went, had X-rays, and had consultations with the consultant and the director while seeing a simulation of the post-op result, the time flew by It was nice being able to preview what the surgical result might look like, and because they could check in advance with X-rays whether my autologous costal cartilage could be used as nasal material (whether it was calcified), I felt like it was exactly the right place for my situation For reference, if you use autologous costal cartilage here, they also give you a guarantee certificate saying they take responsibility for the nasal tip, so don’t leave it somewhere else and make sure to store it separately. It protects you... Anyway, they said that because my first surgery was done mildly, my nose would stretch well, so they could raise it smoothly to the height I wanted They also said all of my autologous costal cartilage was fine and that using the 5th to 6th ribs was possible, so we decided to use that (Everyone, when you go to the hospital, check whether the 5th to 6th ribs can be used. This area is the strongest, but there aren’t many places that can do it) As for the shape, my old nose was a bit curved, but this time we designed the bridge to be close to a straight-with-slight-curve line, made the nasal tip round, and designed the nostril wings so they wouldn’t give a bulbous-nose impression ★★I didn’t specifically ask to look like anyone; we designed each part one by one to suit my face, from the nasal bridge and nasal tip to the columella and nostril wings!!★★ It’s been about 4 months since surgery now, and so far the shape is being maintained the way they simulated the post-op result For now, it’s livable because my nostrils don’t show, and I can tell they paid a lot of attention to the nasal tip and columella But if you’ve had nose surgery, you’ll know that surgery isn’t the end; the key is whether it keeps being maintained Maybe because I experienced something during my first surgery that I shouldn’t have, I don’t think I’ve been able to completely shake off the anxiety. Because of that anxiety, I’ve been going for follow-ups every single month Honestly, I wasn’t disappointed with the shape from my first surgery... I just wish it had been a bit more detailed.. Make sure you go to a place that examines you so thoroughly it feels almost bothersome
