At first I considered fat grafting, but decided to do something permanent, so I put in an implant. But I really wanted a natural look, so the implant was placed to protrude only a little, very unnoticeably. Most of all, the nose. It was slightly humped only when seen from the right side (to a degree people didn’t really notice), and it was short and small. But when I look at everyone else who had nose surgery, they all said their noses were packed with cotton so they couldn’t breathe through the nose. Why do I have no cotton and can breathe through my nose very well? It’s completely open, and I don’t feel stuffy at all; Is it because it’s fixed with costal cartilage?? I’m really curious.. And earlier I had porridge, and now I ate a bit of hamburger. Even though I cut it up to eat, I can’t open my mouth wide because I’m worried my nose might not keep its center and could bend..
