They say if you use autologous dermis, it becomes bumpy, and you just end up cutting into your buttock tissue and it goes back to how it was Since mine is a revision surgery, I don’t have many material options.. I had osteotomy for a hump nose before, so I think I do need to fill something back in. Is there anyone here who had their whole nose done with autologous dermis and is satisfied..???
ohgk스 What about donated dermis instead of autologous dermis?? My nasal tip got red because of pressure from an implant, so when I was getting revision surgery at ㅈ Clinic, I asked if they could overlay autologous dermis, but they talked more about donated dermis because autologous dermis gets absorbed.... In the end, I didn’t use dermis and just fixed it by adjusting the length of the support strut, but I guess autologous dermis isn’t recommended.
bbolong [@ohgk스] I guess donated dermis has quite a few side effects too.... They actually recommended autologous dermis more instead I guess there’s no such thing as perfect rhinoplasty..
제니78 I saw a nose done with autologous dermis, and even after a long time, the nasal bridge was still high and pretty.. It was fascinating.
