I went for a consultation for revision rhinoplasty. An acquaintance said it was famous for revision surgery, so I tried going. The consultation with the doctor and the consultation with the consultant were both fine. They mentioned osteotomy and alar reduction, so I was a little.. surprised. I hadn’t heard that anywhere else.. I understand that each director has a different aesthetic sense, but it felt excessive to me, so I only went for the consultation and left it at that..
