I went for a consultation for revision rhinoplasty. First, my nose has a blunt nasal tip, the starting point of the silicone is very high, the nasal tip is moderately high, and the nasal bridge is also on the high side. I went because I wanted to improve the long-nose look, but they firmly said right away that it couldn’t be done. They realistically told me that if the nasal bridge were lowered, the nose would look spread out; if the nasal tip were raised, the nose would inevitably look longer; and even if the starting point were lowered, it wouldn’t produce an effect that I’d be satisfied with. Thanks to that, I didn’t mess with my nose unnecessarily and gave up on revision surgery. Since there was no diagnosis for the estimated cost, I wrote anything.
