The drawing is weird, but as in the picture, when you have nose surgery~ When silicone is inserted into the nose, is the swelling in part 1? Or in part 2??? I used to think it was usually in part 1, but when I touch it, it feels like I can feel the silicone.. It seems like there’s no swelling, but then it keeps going down more... So maybe the swelling is in part 2??;;;;;
