My original nose was a bulbous nose with a drooping columella. At a glance, my nostrils looked wide and flared. So after going around to 4-5 places for consultations, I ended up having it done at MT Plastic Surgery. It seems that doctor has moved somewhere else now. 3 years ago, I had surgery only on the nasal tip without any implant. I hated how wide and flared my original nose was, so I did not care whether it got higher; I just wanted my nostrils to be brought closer together. But even after consultations at about 4 places, they said the nose had to be raised for that. So I was originally only going to have closed nasal tip cartilage suturing, but I ended up having it tied while raising it with septal cartilage. But in the end, my nostrils are the same. In the beginning, it really did seem like they were brought together, even if only very slightly, but now, 3 years later, because of scar tissue, it feels like it has plus-minus canceled out and is just the same, and none of the parts I wanted improved actually improved. On top of that, if I want to do it again now, it becomes revision surgery.. If I could go back, I think I would look into it more carefully and not do it. Since septal cartilage was inserted, it is definitely hard. I cannot make a pig nose. I am wondering whether I should remove it now and have cartilage repositioning surgery again, but they say bulbous noses are originally difficult to improve, so I am really torn. Are there any successful cases like mine? I do not want nostril lowering
