<In order: before - day 10 - one month> The upper arm fat that wouldn't go away even with exercise or starving myself, I eventually got liposuction, and now that it's been a month, the line has definitely changed lol. Right after surgery, because of bruising and swelling, I couldn't really see the change, so I was a little anxious, but now even the fit of T-shirts has changed a lot, so I'm satisfied. I'm the type whose swelling goes down slowly, so the effect appeared late, but every time I look in the mirror, it's fun to look at my changed arms. Managing the compression garment and ointment is bothersome, but because I can see changes, I keep doing it steadily. I definitely think the one-month mark is when satisfaction gradually starts to rise!
