When I tried to do autologous costal cartilage again, there was no auricular cartilage left to shape the nasal tip because I’d already had my nose done several times before, so I couldn’tㅠㅠ They say they don’t use donated costal cartilage anymore now because there are a lot of side effects They’re definitely good at making it pretty I asked them to raise the height as much as possible, but they just made it a moderately pretty nose..
