I liked that the doctor was warm and kind. I was very curious and went partly because I’d heard they were known for a glamorous style, but I think I was also surprised because they recommended something simpler than I expected. But I actually liked that. I felt they weren’t overtreating, and rather than saying everything would definitely work, they explained my face point by point.
