My first surgery shape was botched, so I had a revision surgery Then I had a second revision due to silicone inflammation (used autologous costal cartilage even up to the nasal bridge) I even had aftercare revision.. Of course, I have no ear cartilage left And autologous costal cartilage was taken from both sides..^^ The reason I'm thinking about another revision is why does my nasal tip keep getting absorbed and becoming shorter.. ha I don't even want a high nose I just want my nasal tip extended but now my only option is donated costal cartilage.. Because of inflammation and absorption rates, I've only used autologous costal cartilage until now but would donated costal cartilage be okay at this point..? Please recommend hospitals too
