I had nose surgery in Apgujeong at the end of September last year. My face was small and my nose was also very small. The glabella and nasal tip were slightly depressed, and it looked a little like a hump nose. Still, I had big eyes and a small, slim face, so I was told I was pretty. I'm not bragging -_- But people get greedy. I thought that if only my nose were higher and prettier, I could look more refined. Also, I had succeeded with forehead fat grafting, so I had tasted the sweetness of plastic surgery.. While looking into nose surgery by chance, I found a place that does closed rhinoplasty in a really natural way. The doctor also seemed responsible, though he was a bit prickly. So I went ahead and made a reservation. I wanted a natural, not-obvious nose surgery. A feeling where someone who knows me would say, 'Oh, you got prettier, did you do something? But I can't really tell.' And that doctor pursued that kind of nose too. Anyway, I had the surgery, and the result seemed like it wouldn't be bad. Until the bleeding started. When I went for a follow-up one week after surgery, the doctor touched my nose and blood came out of my left nostril. (By the way, I had ear cartilage for the nasal tip and silicone for the bridge.) The doctor pressed my nose very hard to drain the pooled blood, my nose swelled badly again, I took medicine, and I was told it could be inflammation. I should have just had inflammation then and removed the silicone. Whether fortunately or unfortunately, there was no bleeding again after that, but since then, up to now, almost 1 year later, only the left side of my nose has become hard and looks higher. Only the left side. Also, the glabella was raised too much, so the glabella is white and the area around it is red like after taking off glasses. Only the right side is very severe. Also, the left side is hard and there is a phenomenon that looks like the silicone is showing through. The hospital doctor said that after 1 year, revision surgery could be done if needed, so I waited until now. With the hope that maybe during that time my nose would become natural.. But now people around me are telling me to remove the silicone immediately.. I'm depressed. I've completely lost confidence. I had some confidence in my face, but I think I got greedy for no reason. I liked my cute and natural face.. Now the nasal tip seems to have become natural, so I'm thinking of removing only the silicone. At the moment. But if I remove the silicone now after 1 year, will the stretched glabella be okay? I'm worried the skin may sag or turn dark. And removing that silicone capsule would cause a lot of trauma inside the nose, so if possible I want to go in a direction that doesn't remove it, but then I'm worried the nose will look high.. Also, if the nasal silicone is removed, will the nasal tip lift up because there is no support? If there are people who removed silicone, or people like me who removed silicone a long time after surgery and left the nasal tip as is, I want to hear your stories. Please help ㅠㅠ Also, how long does the swelling last after removal? What I felt after this surgery is that the more you keep touching your face, the harsher your impression becomes. I think if you just take good care of your own facial skin and have a confident smile, everyone is really charming and pretty.
