Nose Surgery Reviews

Review of a functional-cosmetic consultation

This is a consultation review First of all, the aesthetic goal that the director and I were aiming for was the same: naturalness. My nasal septum is quite deviated, so they told me it would be good to have surgery! For materials, we decided to use 3 or 4 mm silicone for the nasal bridge, and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. The part I’m worried about is what they call the support strut? For that part, they said they would use the septal cartilage cut during the functional surgery, but on the CT it was so deviated that they couldn’t determine the exact amount.. So for now (I said absolutely no autologous costal cartilage), they would prepare donated costal cartilage, and if we proceed with surgery, they would check the exact amount then. If it’s possible with the septal cartilage, they would not overdo it and use only the septum, but if the amount is possibly insufficient and it seems like it could collapse, they might use donated costal cartilage.. The reviews are good, and I also had a mind to just do it here right away, but the fact that they may use donated costal cartilage bothers me, so I’m writing this..
