Sunken eyes after under-eye fat repositioning, surgery for enophthalmos/sunken eyes

My eyes were originally a bit droopy and soft-looking, but my tear troughs were really severe and I had dark circles, so I got under-eye fat repositioning. But it seems like they removed the under-eye fat; my eyes became much smaller than before, more stuffy-looking, and I developed enophthalmos/sunken eyes.. My lower eyelid line used to be a pretty U-shape, but it turned into a straight line, and I developed scleral show, lagophthalmos, my pupils look smaller, and because my eyes are sunken, even the horizontal length looks shorter.. I spent months mentally falling apart and living like a wreck, but I really can’t live like this anymore, so I’m looking into surgery for sunken eyes.. I’m thinking of doing it with fat grafting, not an implant, and I just want to go back even just to how I looked before. If anyone here has had fat grafting surgery for sunken eyes, please, truly.. think of it as saving one person and share any information with me..ㅠㅠ It’s such an unfamiliar surgery and there’s so little information, so even though I’m trying to look into it as much as possible, it’s still not enough.. I have so many questions, like whether the eyeballs come forward and the pupils also look bigger, whether the eyes become a bit clearer, whether the effect is decent.. whether the under-eye aegyo-sal gets lost. I have nowhere to get help, so I’m leaving this post almost like I’m venting. Thank you everyone for reading this long post..
