It's day 18 since surgery~~ About nose cleaning~~ The hospital said to use hydrogen peroxide only once a day~~ But maybe because I smoke, I kept worrying about it, so every time I smoked I used a cotton swab with hydrogen peroxide to clean it~~ But I kept getting headaches and feeling nauseous~~ Then I kept thinking about the hospital telling me only once a day, so I went to the pharmacy to ask if I should buy saline and use that~ The pharmacist said not to use hydrogen peroxide~~ They said that's for wounds and scars outside, not inside the nose~~ They said saline is what you use inside the nose, and putting anything inside the nostrils doesn't really have any effect and it's better to just leave it alone~~ But after smoking, when I breathe, I gargle my mouth with mouthwash~~ What should I use to clean inside my nose??? I haven't reached 3 weeks yet, so I haven't removed the stitches inside my nose~~ㅠㅠ
