4 nose surgeries,,, but the nasal tip cartilage is still showing through…

They said that when they looked at my nose, the skin of the nasal tip had become thin, causing the nasal cartilage to show through and protrude. They said that if it had been silicone, it would have come out, but that the protruding appearance would not progress any further. In my first surgery, I had silicone and ear cartilage, but only the silicone was removed. The cartilage protruded a lot, so because of this symptom, I had surgery at another hospital. After nose surgery, as the swelling went down, the protruding appearance came back the same way. (The doctor suggested lowering the height of the nasal tip cartilage, and I had the surgery. Only the cartilage height was lowered. At that time, I didn’t know about this condition.) As the swelling went down, the nasal tip cartilage again looked protruded. Currently about 2 years have passed, and I’m planning to have revision surgery again this time at the hospital where I had it done. The doctor has changed to someone else, and they said the surgical method would be to remove the cartilage and cover it with dermis. They said that as a side effect, the nose could change color to brown or blue, and that 3 out of 10 people experience that. While explaining the side effects, they said it is a very risky surgery. I don’t remember hearing this from the doctor, but the woman doing the consultation at the front desk scared me by saying that it would become much worse than it is now.
