I got it done more than 10 years ago. I kept saying I wanted it absolutely natural and with no implant, and they did it exactly as I wanted. I hoped only the nasal tip would become slightly prettier than before without any artificial feel, and it turned out exactly how I wanted. Even now, 10 years later, it is pretty and there are no problems. The doctor was kind + meticulous. These days, glamorous faces are trendy, so sometimes I consider revision surgery, but since no one knows I had my nose done, I'm just planning to live with it.
