Eye Re-Surgery

Is there no way to fix uneven tightness?

I had revision eye surgery with buried sutures this time, but the tightness feels different on both sides When I was going around for consultations, other places strongly opposed it, saying a semi-out line wouldn’t work, and one place even said that because of the shape of the inner corners of my eyes, a semi-out line wouldn’t come out at all. Then I had it done at a clinic that said a semi-out line was possible in a way that suited my face, but even there, during surgery, they said the starting point of my right eye was definitely hard to shape. Even during my first surgery before, that area developed inflammation after surgery, so the thread had to be removed, and that’s why my eyes became uneven. So they said they fixed that area a bit more strongly, but the difference in tightness seems pretty big between the two sides It doesn’t show in photos, but when I look with the naked eye, the right side has more shadowing and looks a bit more sunken. Will this stay the same even as time passes? It’s day 32, and my upper eyelid swelling is still severe, so I think that makes it look even more like that. I really love the line, and now it harmonizes well with my face too. But the upper eyelid swelling & uneven tightness bother me so much. Do I just have to live with it?
