After revision rhinoplasty, if the implant is about to poke through..

I had my nose done twice at one clinic~ After the first surgery, the nasal tip area would sting and hurt sometimes, and it hurt even when I touched it lightly.. My nose was slightly crooked to one side too.. So I went back, and they said they would redo it~ At first they had made it too low, so I asked them to raise it just a little, but the second time they made it exactly the same too, hmm ㅡㅡ;; That aside~ When I touch the upper area toward the nasal tip inside my right nostril, something is protruding. If I lift my nose, I can just see it.. At first it was a bit small, but these days it has gotten bigger I went to a dermatology clinic that also has plastic surgery, and the doctor said it looked like the implant was about to come out, and told me to go tell the clinic where I had the nose surgery.. But I really don't want to go back to that clinic.. During surgery, the anesthesia wore off a little, and when I said it hurt so much I could die, they just kept saying, "We're almost done, we're almost done".. I was covered in cold sweat and tears all over.. And as expected, my nose is crooked again ㅡㅡ Another plastic surgeon said it seemed like they had touched the tissue incorrectly~ Both times they used ear cartilage, both ears.. I can't even describe it. The scars are just visible all along the outside, and everyone gets shocked ㅡㅡ Saying how could they do it like this.. Some even joked asking if they were really specialists.. If I go to that clinic and tell them, they'll probably say they'll redo it again, but I absolutely do not want to have it done at that clinic, not even if I die... Can I get a refund??? I had the first surgery 2 years ago~ and the revision 7 months ago, they said they would do it cheaply for 1.5 million won, like I should be happy about that... Can I get a refund? What should I do if they say they can't give one?? I'm so stressed because of my nose.......
