Breast augmentation surgery - day 4

I went to work.. There is no problem moving at all.. They told me to remove the adhesive bandage they put on my armpit today, so I removed it this morning.. There is another small adhesive bandage attached inside it.. They told me not to remove that one.. They said the clinic will remove it next Wednesday when they remove the stitches... My side felt stiff, so I looked.. The bruised area on the side below the breast hurts a bit.. When I pressed it lightly... there was pain along with a sensation as if there were bubbles under the skin.. Maybe that's why it hurts.. And since yesterday, I've been trying to move the implants a little more boldly, but there is a squishy(?) sound like there is water inside... I was going to call the clinic and ask, but I searched here and saw replies saying it is because air entered during surgery... and that it will be okay as time passes... If it's too severe, I'm thinking of calling the clinic and asking.. Since I'm at work... I don't have much time to touch my breasts. I have to loosen my clothes and undo the Velcro... it takes some time, so I don't think I can do it often.. I'm roughly at a loss about what to do later.. How long do I have to keep using the Velcro too.. Does anyone know? If no one knows, I'll have to ask the clinic later..^^ And some people asked why I chose the place where I had my second consultation, so.. since it is very much my personal judgment, I feel a bit hesitant to post it, but many people asked.. There were some differences between what the first consultation place and the second consultation place said.. At the first consultation place.. they said that if doing it through the armpit, because of the size of the cohesive gel implant, even if they made the incision as small as possible, it could not be under 5 cm.. So they said they would insert it by making a minimal incision around the areola using their own method... When I heard that, I thought that no matter how well they sutured it, it would seem different from its original shape.. And the thing they emphasized most was painlessness.. They said that because of the doctor's hemostasis during the long surgery, there is no bleeding, which is the cause of pain, so there is no pain... And because of that, they said it also prevents capsular contracture that can occur from blood pooling.. But I really felt reluctant about being in the operating room for more than 4 hours.. And the cost issue...^^; At the second consultation place.. they said the cause of capsular contracture has not been clearly identified, but first, it can be from neglecting massage.. Second, because one's constitution does not accept foreign material well.. Third, even though the operating room and surgical instruments are disinfected cleanly, it can be due to contact with bacteria during surgery.. So they said surgery should be performed quickly by an experienced doctor to reduce bacterial contact and thereby prevent capsular contracture, and they said the surgery time is around 1 hour.. The breast shape they pursued suited my taste more than other places, and since cohesive gel approval in Korea was granted not long ago, but before that they already had experience handling it in other countries, that made me feel more reassured.. And other places don't show this, but they even showed a video of the doctor directly performing surgery, and that confidence made me choose them... Roughly, those are the reasons I decided.. It is already day 4 after surgery.. I think people considering surgery will get a lot of help from the stories of those who have already done it.. Before me, someone else had been diligently posting, but at some point they stopped.. So I think I will keep posting steadily about the condition I'm experiencing and the information I hear.. I hope it helps a lot... In addition... surgery is not a joke.. I read the post below by someone who said they are suffering from depression.. I too.. wouldn't say I'm depressed, but I have many concerns.. The lifespan of the implants, management through massage, worries about rupture, the strain on the body from surgery, and so on.. In some ways, I think the stress from the worries I have to keep carrying afterward may be greater than the stress I had when I didn't have breasts.. Please think a lot before going through with it..^^
