ㅇㅇㄱㄹ Plastic Surgery (Director ㅈㄱㅇ) Recommended: incisional double eyelid surgery, upper epicanthoplasty, lower canthoplasty
The consultant asked questions thoroughly.
The director checked the line several times, including my eye size and eyelid-opening strength. Strongly recommended upper epicanthoplasty rather than medial epicanthoplasty (45-degree direction).
My eyes do not have a lot of resistance, and since it is my first surgery, non-incisional surgery was recommended, but when I said I really did not want it to come undone, incisional surgery was recommended.
If I want the size when opening my eyes wide, ptosis correction is needed. (*No need to do it excessively, and it was not strongly recommended.)
They actively pointed out areas that were lacking (lateral canthoplasty), but when I said I was anxious because of discomfort from dry eye syndrome, they did not recommend it.
For lateral-lower canthoplasty, they said it is done by cutting the lateral canthal muscle, but lateral canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty separately do not strain the muscle. (Lateral canthoplasty not possible because there is no space. Lower canthoplasty possible.)
In-line to in-out line = natural-looking
They said they only operate on 2 people a day, and after the director consultation, when I received the price and other information from the consultant, we looked at the director's schedule together while talking. It somehow felt transparent?

Incisional surgery recommended because the skin is thick and there is a lot of fat. The director looked tired. Checked the line twice. Lateral canthoplasty not recommended: because my eyes are sunken, the surgical effect may be reduced. They said dry eye may be uncomfortable at first but would be okay.
I went to 2 places for my first consultations, and I am going to 2 more places in mid-June, so I will keep doing more in-person consultations.
