When I look at nose surgery photos here, there are many people with slim, pretty nasal tips I had nose surgery 45 days ago, but my nasal tip is still blunt like a bulbous nose. I did it at a clinic where my friends had great results, but why am I like this.... Originally, even if a bulbous nose is worked on, is it impossible to make it completely pretty and slim?? With a bulbous nose, do you just have to be satisfied with 'improvement compared to now'?? Or should I consider revision surgery?? It's not that the surgery went wrong, but human greed is.... sigh~ For people whose nasal tips are sharp and defined like Song Hye-kyo's nose after surgery, did they originally have decent noses and just got them made prettier with surgery?? Please leave answers
