But after touching my nose for the third time.. honestly, as time goes by, you inevitably become more sensitive and more cautious. Of course, the higher cost is definitely something that bothers me too, but during my first surgery, new clinics or places with directors who didn’t have much experience would look at my nose and confidently say, “Yeah, we’ll definitely make this a success for you~.” But when I went around for consultations for revision and second revision surgery, they started backing off.. lol They said things like this is the best my nose can be now and it can’t be raised any more..... I don’t think my nose is such an extreme case, and I really let go of all greed and just thought that if I was going to raise my nose, I wanted it to be higher. But some places said the change wouldn’t be much compared to the cost and didn’t particularly recommend it, so I was really confused Every day my thoughts kept flipping back and forth about whether to do it or not... Even so, my desire to do it was stronger than my fear, so I kept going around for consultations, and in the end I think that’s how I ended up getting surgery at Louvre. Since it was a revision surgery, I used autologous costal cartilage this time, and as I said earlier, what I was most dissatisfied with was my nasal height, so I asked the director to raise it in a dramatic style. Both the consultant and the director looked at everything in detail during the consultations, and using the CT scan, they made several surgical plans and explained which method would be best. When looking at reviews, I definitely think there’s a difference between places that have far more first-surgery reviews and places that also have a lot of revision-surgery reviews in this aspect. They explain even the parts I don’t know about...?? Honestly, even after doing nose surgery three times, you don’t get used to it at all.. lol The pain is the same, and the discomfort and stuffiness are the same too. Instead, this time I used autologous costal cartilage, so I was also concerned about the area where the costal cartilage was harvested. That was a period when I was briefly even more sensitive, but after about 2 weeks? I became a bit more numb to it, and there was almost no pain, so it got better. And the nose shape also came out dramatically, just the way I wanted. But it was still a little quite swollen, so I held out thinking I should wait longer, and now that it’s been two months since the surgery, I thought it had improved to some extent, so I uploaded this. Nose shape is really a matter of personal taste... I hope you don’t just rush to a clinic because your friend succeeded at clinic A, but instead go around for consultations and find a place that is good at the nose shape you personally want before getting surgery. That’s why finding a place whose aesthetic sense matches yours is important. I’ll be rooting for everyone to coordinate opinions well with the director and succeed in one go!
