I went after searching online and visiting clinics here and there, and since it was a revision surgery, every other place said the same thing, that costal cartilage absolutely had to be used. But the director here made a plan along the lines of correcting only the problem areas, staying as close as possible to my current nose, without using rib cartilage and in a direction with as little risk as possible. Maybe because they definitely handle a lot of extremely difficult noses, they talked within a range that avoids overdoing it as much as possible. It seems like a method only this director can do. If I let go of big aesthetic ambitions and want to live without opening my nose again and without future complications, I think doing it here is the right choice It was also nice that they showed virtual cosmetic simulation. The director is pleasant and feels professional.
