I had a consultation for columella lowering and alar lift, and from the consultation with the manager, I said I wanted a natural look. They explained the surgical method and did not recommend the surgery itself, saying it could look artificial, different from the direction I wanted. It didn’t feel like they were bluntly saying, “You can’t get plastic surgery,” in an unpleasant way, but more like they were speaking really conscientiously? They also talked about the nose proportions(?) and overall balance from several angles. If someone I know later says they want rhinoplasty, I’d be willing to recommend this clinic. (I entered the estimated cost as the average price.)
