It’s been about a month since my nose surgery

My nose was always very low and flat, so I had a serious complex about it So I went to the hospital and set a surgery date I had 5 mm silicone inserted, ear cartilage inserted, and nostril width reduction.. At first we decided on 4 mm silicone, but right before surgery I heard there wouldn’t be much difference, so I did 5 mm I had the surgery with high expectations, and afterward my face swelled and bruised my ear hurt, I couldn’t wash properly, it was so painful, and I kept looking in the mirror, worrying whether my nose had turned out pretty and how it would end up After about a week, after the tape and all the stitches were removed, when I looked in the mirror I was satisfied. I had a nasal bridge that hadn’t existed before, so it felt amazing and I was happy. Even then, bruising and swelling were still left.......These days I’m seriously stressed out Because as each day passes and the swelling goes down, it feels like my nose is getting lower and lower, and the height I liked at first is gradually lowering, so that stresses me out so much A natural look is nice too, but it’s so natural that it seems like no one can even tell I had surgery... My mom also says it seems to be getting lower and lower....like that I know looking obviously operated on would also be stressful and I’d hate that, but I hate this current situation where it’s so, so, so natural that you can’t even tell whether I had it done or not. If I go to the hospital and talk to them, will they have a solution? What should I do
