Natural-looking line for incisional revision surgery

My eye characteristics: skin is slightly on the thicker side, asymmetrical eyes, the right eye has more fat and is also smaller Desired line: an in-line to in-out line where the line barely shows at the front of the eye and gets slightly thicker toward the back (my aesthetic goal: completely natural) Surgical history 1. About 10 years ago, after the college entrance exam, epicanthoplasty + natural-adhesion double eyelid surgery at ㄱㄹㄷ Plastic Surgery - A huge factory-style clinic, and since it was under sedation anesthesia, I have absolutely no idea whether the doctor I actually consulted with performed the surgery. It was my first surgery, so I knew nothing and didn’t even do any clinic-hopping; I just listened to one acquaintance and went for it right away^^ I don’t think I really needed epicanthoplasty, but they just told me to do it, so I did, and nothing changed except that I was left with a scar - The double eyelid line itself was natural-adhesion and set low, so it looked natural, but because my skin is thick, the right side came undone after about a year - For several years, I just got by with double eyelid tape 2. About 5 years ago, incisional revision surgery + ptosis correction at ㄷㅈㅇㄴ - I went because they said they make the line natural and match symmetry well, but only the center of my right eye was overcorrected from the ptosis correction, so my eye shape became triangular, and the double eyelid line bends at the front and also bends at the back, making it look like an uneven trapezoid - At least on the left side, they barely did ptosis correction, so even the eye shape looks natural and it doesn’t bother me much, but the right side is really severe..
