<Squidward line><step-off>I used 4 mm silicone, and it’s day 7 after my first nose surgery with cartilage tying + ear cartilage for the nasal tip My nose wasn’t originally an arrow-shaped nose; it was an upturned, low bulbous nose But after surgery, once the splint was removed, I feel like it became too straight? like an arrow-shaped nose.. Of course there’s still swelling, but I feel like they lowered the apex of the nasal tip too much, and the columella also looks too droopy... (Even though I said I didn’t want my nose to look long, wanted a semi-ski-slope nose, and wanted to keep a youthful image with a short midface, and I said I only wanted cartilage inserted in the nasal tip, the doctor kept pushing silicone for the nasal bridge) I feel like too many millimeters were put into the nasal bridge, so it ended up looking like a straight semi-ski-slope nose.. (During the pre-op consultation, they said they would only put in 3–3.5 mm, but after the surgery I found out they put in 4 mm....?) Right now, to my eyes, I look like Squidward/Avatar, and I really hate looking in the mirror... I keep thinking I should have just done only the nasal tip the way I wanted, and that I unnecessarily did silicone on the nasal bridge too, so I’m regretting it so much I feel like I’m going crazy ****** There’s a step-off? where my forehead and the starting point of the nasal bridge connect; when the swelling goes down, will the connection become more natural? Does the nasal bridge look too high... By around one or two months, does the swelling at the starting point of the nasal bridge silicone also go down completely..? Please leave comments!!!!!!!!!!!!!
