I have protruding fat, side cheekbones, slightly hollow front cheeks, and my skin feels a bit saggy, so would it be okay to do only repositioning? I had consultations at a few places, and most said repositioning alone would be possible, while 2 places told me to do micro fat grafting together. But even if I do fat grafting, they don’t inject it into the front cheek area, so wouldn’t it not have much effect? gksrmf They probably mean fat grafting into the hollow areas under the eyes. When I went for consultations for under-eye fat repositioning and revision double-eyelid surgery, there were also clinics that told me to do under-eye fat grafting together, but in the end I didn’t do it and just had under-eye fat repositioning at ㅅ Kim, and it’s fine. If you feel like it’s unnecessary, you don’t have to do it.
