Under-eye dark circles, aegyo-sal, nose fat grafting

As you can see, the one on top is before, and the two below are after. As you can see in the photos, the dark circlesㅠ made me look hollow and tired. When I smile, I do have aegyo-sal, but I had fat grafting done incorrectly in the past, so it was lumpy and looked like two bugs were sticking out. I had the surgery yesterday, and today is day 2. But I normally swell easily, and I really barely swelled at all. I’m more swollen than in the photo, but the photo came out looking a bit less swollen. Even though I just took it with a blank expression, once the aegyo-sal was added, it looks like smiling eyes, right? lol I had my dark circles, aegyo-sal, and nose filled in. My under-eyes looked so hollow that they made me look older, and it was a complex of mine. I had fat grafting done twice before, but everyone seemed unable to do the under-eye area ㅠㅠ Maybe I just had bad luck with clinics.. So I was searching on Naver and saw that this clinic’s website had tons of before-and-after photos, and they were seriously impressive, so I decided to do it there, went in, and had it done right away yesterday. The cost is expensive for fat grafting, but since there aren’t many places that do under-eye fat grafting well, I made up my mind and went for it. If the under-eyes become plump, the nose would relatively look lower, so I asked them to fill in my nasal bridge too. The director took care of it and even paid attention to the nasal tip while adding it, and since my under-eyes feel full and substantial, I think it turned out well for now. Also, because of a scar on my lip, one side has a sunken area, and as soon as the director saw it, they filled that area too. But the consultant is absolutely strict;;ㅠㅠ No discount on the cost at all. This place charges by area. Oh, and they say here you get almost 80% satisfaction from the first session alone. Unlike other clinics, it’s set up as a one-session procedure. (There’s no retouch!) Done with the first session. So they drew blood and mixed something with the fat, saying it helps increase the engraftment rate, and injected it.. And they give you one skin-care treatment. They also gave me bruise cream, ointment for the injection needle sites, and 3 sheet masks.. Since it’s all done in one go, I’m worried it might not engraft, so I’ve been doing light warm/cold compresses and stuff.. They say the under-eye area engrafts well, but because there’s so little swelling right now, I’m a bit anxiousㅠㅠ But honestly, I think the surgery itself went well. They were very meticulous. Right after surgery, I looked prettier, so I was shocked when I looked in the mirror; Anyway, I hope this is good news for people who, like me, were stressed because their under-eyes looked hollow. There was so little information about under-eye fat grafting that I failed twice and wasted money, and I spent a total of 4 million won on fat grafting ㅜㅜ To summarize: I had my under-eye dark circles, aegyo-sal, and entire nasal bridge filled in. Here, sleep anesthesia is standard. I didn’t want sleep anesthesia, so I endured it and had local anesthesia instead.
