Before surgery, they carefully marked and showed me the line before going into the operation. During surgery, they played calm music, which helped a lot with relaxing my body and mind haha. And the director kept encouraging me throughout the surgery too haha On the day of surgery, I took one prescribed painkiller, and when the medication was wearing off, it only felt slightly throbbing. From the next day onward, I had no pain! Around 2 weeks, the swelling and redness went down much more than I expected, and by 3 weeks, they were really almost all gone. By week 4, no one could tell I had double eyelid surgery, and even when I said I had it done, they could only barely tell after staring very closely! They said warm compresses would help the swelling go down better, but honestly, I was too lazy and didn’t do them at all... haha It was also hot because it was summer.. haha I had debated a bit about ptosis correction, but the director said it would be better to do it, so I did, and I really think it was the right choice!! My eyes used to look sleepy every day, but now even when I open them like before without putting in any special effort, they look bright and alert haha. The line also suits my eyes well and looks very natural, so I like it! I’m very satisfied, and if anyone around me is getting double eyelid surgery, I’ll definitely recommend it haha
