Anyway, I wanted the front view to change dramatically, but it didn’t change at all, and after 3 years everything started drooping downward. So I decided on revision surgery!!
And this time, I went to another hospital in Apgujeong that’s famous for dramatic-looking noses and waited a year ㅜ ㅜ Six months for the consultation and six months for the surgery, so a total of one year... I did everything that could be done: autologous costal cartilage, silicone, osteotomy, autologous dermis. But I came back after getting the splint removed, and even if it’s the same puffy nose, I keep hoping, please let it be swelling, please let it be swelling, but even after 3 weeks it’s still puffy...
Did my nose fail again? I asked them to make it as high and dramatic as possible... I don’t really like the side view or 45-degree angle either. It did get higher compared to before, but considering it will drop...
