I visited at a late hour.. I naturally thought they would seem tired, but I did not feel that at all. If anything, I received the consultation in a calmer atmosphere than at the clinics I had visited before. The director drew pictures and explained things in a lot of detail, and helped set the direction for how it would be good to improve things. The clinic facilities, system, aftercare, and so on just felt clean and well organized.
