For my first surgery, I had the non-incisional buried-suture method, but after 5 years, whenever I was tired, my left double-eyelid line would often come undone, and it was so stressful, so I had a consultation! The director explained my eye structure in really great detail, and said that because the skin on my upper eyelids is on the thicker side, if I had the buried-suture method for my first surgery, it was bound to come undone. This time, they recommended doing an incisional method and setting the line as a semi-out, saying it would suit me well. The consultant also didn’t pressure me to make a reservation, so overall I had the consultation comfortably!
