A review I’m writing the day after getting 360-degree arm liposuction and surgery for the posterior bulge Swelling/pain: When I looked at reviews, I saw some saying they could go back to daily life right away that day and were fine, but for me, as soon as I woke up from anesthesia in the operating room, it felt like, “Ah… this hurts like crazy,” and even this morning I couldn’t get up using my arms, so I used momentum to get out of bed. I pride myself on recovering really well, because I even got thigh LAMS while sleeping and walked around right away on the day of my thyroid cancer surgery, but arm liposuction is a different kind of pain.. My default is having my arms bent at about 75 degrees, and every time I bend or straighten them, I let out an “ack!” Right after surgery, even opening the taxi door hurt so much that I barely managed to open it. So if you have a job where you use your arms a lot, I recommend setting aside a reasonable rest period~ Fat extraction vs. liposuction: My stats are 163 cm/52 kg, and my upper body is on the slim side too, so when they measured me at the clinic, it came out to 27 cm. I wondered, should I do fat extraction? But my fat layer is thin and I have relatively a lot of arm muscle, so with fat extraction they would only be able to extract the back fat, and I thought the effect would be too minimal, so I did liposuction. More than anything, the manager at the fat-extraction branch I went to wasn’t great. She kept pressuring me about the date and deposit, and my arm circumference was 27 cm both times at the liposuction clinic, but with the extraction manager it came out to 28.3 cm, so the liposuction price based on the small size and the extraction price based on the basic size ended up being the same.. But then again, when I did thigh LAMS, there definitely wasn’t any compression garment, and by my standards the scars seemed a bit smaller, and I think it felt less mentally burdensome, so I hope you decide after considering what fits your own situation!! Both have pros and cons!! My total volume was 350 cc, which is a very small amount, so even before surgery I agreed with the director that we’d do it for the purpose of refining the line, then went in lol
