Before surgery, my low nasal bridge made my face look like it had no dimension, and after hearing people around me say that I would probably look pretty if I got nose surgery, I thought it over and decided to get nose surgery! I immediately made consultation appointments at a few hospitals and visited them. The staff treated me kindly, and since it was my first cosmetic surgery, I had a lot of questions, so I prepared a list of questions. The consultant explained each one in an easy-to-understand way. When the director came in, we had the consultation while looking at my CT scan, and there was no overtreatment or unnecessary recommendations. I did not feel uncomfortable at all throughout the consultation and felt very at ease. After the consultation, the thought of going to consult at other hospitals completely disappeared, so I scheduled my surgery date that same day and went home. Once the surgery date was actually set, I was scared because of the word “surgery,” but I waited while trusting the director’s skills.
On the day of surgery, as I changed into the patient gown, the nurses must have noticed that I was getting more and more nervous, and they took good care of me. Every time the nurses did something, I kept asking questions because I was nervous and probably made things bothersome, but they answered so kindly and reassured me that it was okay, so I think I was able to finish the surgery well! Also, I had almost no swelling compared to what I expected, and other than it being uncomfortable to breathe until the cotton was removed after surgery, there was nothing else! I had really worried a lot about whether I should get it done because of my nose, but thanks to the consultant and the director, I think I made a choice I do not regret Thank you!
