Review after going around for chin-tip consultations

First of all, I have a severe recessed chin and a narrow airway. It seems like oral and maxillofacial surgery clinics basically ask whether you snore and whether your chin is set back. ㅇㅈ / X-ray only I took only an X-ray and was lying on the consultation-room chair, and at first one director briefly looked at the X-ray, called another director over, and the two of them talked. Then I went into the consultation room with one director, and they said this was a case that needed orthodontic treatment + surgery at a university hospital. I went there to ask about chin-tip surgery... And they said that with an airway this narrow, I probably almost certainly have sleep apnea, so I should get polysomnography. So I think the consultation was about 5 minutes, and I just heard bad things for no reason and got anxious. Polysomnography also seemed expensive, so at home I downloaded a sleep app and checked my snoring and sleep apnea. I do snore, but it is not severe, and the sleep apnea was mild, so it felt like I worried for nothing. ㅌㅋ / CT 5-6 mm + fat grafting + deep cheek fat reduction. They explained while writing with a marker and explained by showing cases. It was pretty standard. ㅅㄷ / CT 10 mm, one-step advancement. I don't know if the director had just come out of surgery, but they looked very short of breath, and compared with when I saw them on YouTube, I felt like they spoke much faster. At other places they took at least one photo, but there was none of that here. And they showed a case with 10 mm advancement, but the X-ray had been made into a PPT, so I couldn't check whether it really had been advanced 10 mm or not, and I just accepted it as such. Also, my chin bone thickness is thin, so I did wonder whether this is possible. At other places, I was told one-step advancement of 6-7 mm. The price was the cheapest, and I got the feeling they would provide good postoperative care. I went to 4 more places besides these.
