15 years ago, when I was 20, I had eye and nose surgery together at a plastic surgery clinic. At the time, I had ptosis correction and double eyelid surgery together, and back then my nose had been raised a lot, so my eye shape didn’t look strange. But after complications developed later and I had the nasal silicone removed, the area around the epicanthal folds became excessively pulled forward like hooks, so anyone could see that my eyes looked slanted and the outer corners looked turned upward. I’m still living like that now, and maybe because the medial canthoplasty was done too aggressively, there seems to be no solution.. When I have time, I want to have eye reconstruction surgery.
