I originally had gentle-looking eyes, but I had double eyelid surgery 40 days ago with ptosis correction, epicanthoplasty, and buried sutures. The epicanthoplasty looks too excessive, and my eyes used to look soft, but now they look too intense. The lines are uneven too. It’s already been 40 days, so will they even out once the swelling goes down? I wanted a natural in-line, but the line is too high too Should I get revision surgery?
