Because my teeth grinding is severe, my dentist recommended Botox. I used to get it at the dental clinic, but it was too expensive, so I switched to a factory-style clinic. At some point I noticed hollowing in my cheeks, but there was nothing I could do, so I’m just living with it lol My jaw feels stiff, so I think I need to go get it again My jaw muscles are way too strong~~~
