I didn’t get an implant put in

I had a hump nose and my nasal tip drooped, so the plan was nasal bone osteotomy, shaving the hump, putting in silicone, and raising the nasal tip with septal cartilage But after the surgery was all done and I woke up from anesthesia, the doctor said they didn’t put in the implant They were going to put in silicone, but then my nose would have become too high; But my nose originally wasn’t high or low, it was just a really average nose It’s day 6 now, so I went and had the fixation removed, but my nose isn’t high at all, and even though they shaved the hump, it’s still a bit bumpy The swelling is still so severe that the bruising around my eyes is still there, and my face is puffy too, but since my nose is low, I feel like it’ll get even lower once the swelling goes down They said the doctor will take a look when I go to the hospital in a few days What should I say? Revision surgery or a cost refund?
