I had non-incisional lateral/lower canthoplasty at Hullyung Plastic Surgery! During the consultation, they explained things thoroughly, and even after surgery, I liked that they first asked about my progress and took care of me. Also, since it is a one-doctor clinic with Director Kim Hyo-dong, there was absolutely no need to worry about issues like proxy surgery that are a problem these days. Since he has a lot of experience with canthoplasty surgery, I felt there was no particular need to go around checking other hospitals, so I had the surgery done here right away. The photos show my 2-month progress. In the case of the non-incisional method, it does not change dramatically, and it opens up naturally to the point that if you don't tell anyone, no one would know! I did have room to widen, so they recommended the incisional method, but I didn't want swelling, side effects, scars, etc. to last longer than with the non-incisional method, and I only wanted to correct the asymmetry of my uneven eyes within a range that would not change my impression, so I chose the non-incisional method. In conclusion, the asymmetry has been corrected a lot, so I'm really satisfied!! My right eye (the left side in the photo) was blocked upward a lot, so they operated in a way that opened this side more. Maybe because of that, until 2 weeks after surgery, I had a fairly large bruise around my right eye, and there was something like a red wound? that kept remaining on the white of my eye. Fortunately, I don't think I had symptoms of chemosis, where the conjunctiva swells. Anyway, I saw quite a few reviews from people who got through non-incisional surgery without any bruising at all, but since my bruising lasted 2 weeks, honestly I was worried and stressed a lot. But right after 2 weeks passed, the bruising went down to a level where it was barely noticeable, and the redness in my eye also disappeared. I hope you try to endure the first 2 weeks while doing warm/cold compresses and walking well Also, because the non-incisional surgical method pulls with threads, in the beginning the eye area pulls when smiling, so smiling with the eyes looks very unnatural. This also seemed to loosen naturally after 2 weeks, and now it doesn't feel awkward at all. If you have non-incisional surgery and it lifts back up and reattaches, you can also have revision surgery with the incisional method within a certain period by paying only the difference, so I think it's really reasonable. For people who want to see what it feels like before having incisional surgery, people who only want to balance symmetry very naturally, and people who prioritize safety, I totally recommend non-incisional surgery at Hullyung Plastic Surgery~!
