Looking into revision rhinoplasty for a bulbous nose as a man

I don’t think it’s something you absolutely have to do! I guess it shouldn’t be too natural. I’m also going to go for consultations because of my bulbous nose..

I’m not a man.. lol but my nose is like a man’s and my bulbous nose is severe too, seriously;;;; I’m so stressed I want to die.. lol Honestly, I’m worried about rhinoplasty, so I’m still debating whether to do it or not, but since things are already like this, I feel like I should just do it.. So I’m looking at places with lots of revision reviews, and I’m looking at Hanabi, Itsbe, and Eton lol. Since my bulbous nose is severe, I’m also placing importance on places that use costal cartilage well.

Are there any doctors you’re looking at for ㅍㄹㅇㅂ, ㅁㅂ, and ㅇㅇㅂ?

I think that depends on the condition of your nose. Nana also seems to do a lot of male revision rhinoplasty. Try looking at the reviews for revision rhinoplasty.

As far as I know, nostril reduction isn’t always mandatory. I heard it’s not easy to improve everything at once, so I’m still thinking about it Is it AB? The reviews were good, and I’m looking at places that do prominent noses well, like Pint, and they had lots of male nose reviews too.

Anything too excessive does feel burdensome.. I had my revision rhinoplasty at ㅇㅇㅂ, and it turned out well without being excessive. But just because it’s a bulbous nose doesn’t mean nostril reduction is mandatory, I think. Go for a consultation and ask them.

I also didn’t want anything too excessive, but I’d heard that a bulbous nose has to be prominent to improve, so I worried a lot. But it did improve even without being as prominent as I expected. I just did silicone and septal cartilage at ㅋㅂㅈ, and I’m satisfied with the improvement from the front and side. It seems like they adjust it up to a moderately refined, not overdone level.

I don’t think it’s always the case. It seems to vary by doctor and by patient? I did hear that if you make it extremely natural, the front-view improvement won’t happen. ㅇㅇㅂ and ㅍㄹㅇㅂ also had nice male noses. Or if not ㄱㄱ one-doctor, then ㄱㅈㅅ at ㅈㅇㅌ also seems good at noses.

I’m also looking into revision surgery, and ㅍㄹㅇㅂ overlaps with mine. I’ve booked consultations at ㅇㅇ and ㄷㅇ too, and I’m looking for about two more places. I’m searching based on doctors with a lot of revision surgery experience, and the reviews were good.

Which doctor? For male noses, isn’t Dr. ㅇㄱㅁ at ㅇㅂㅈ famous? There are lots of bulbous nose reviews too.. As for whether you need to do nostril reduction together, well, it’s not too late to decide after getting a consultation.
