Eye Re-Surgery

Eye sagging after double eyelid surgery with fat removal

Last month, when I had my first double eyelid surgery, I also had fat removal, and after that the distance between my eyes and eyebrows became closer, and my upper eyelids seem to sag like a deflated balloon.. Before, my upper eyelids were kind of puffy, but while going around for consultations I was told that puffiness was skin, not fat, and that I needed a forehead lift. When they did the non-incisional suturing, they said fat removal should be done together too, so I thought they would take care of it appropriately. But I don’t know how much fat the doctor removed. Even though they fixed the line exactly the same as the line I used to make with double eyelid tape, after removing the fat, my upper eyelid stretched out with no support and covered the entire line, so just like before double eyelid surgery, when I fully open my eyes, the double eyelid line gets buried. I can’t put fat back in, right? It’s not swelling; it just looks like the skin stretched after fat removal, like a deflated balloon. Even if I undo the double eyelid surgery, since the fat was removed, it won’t go back to my original eyes, right?? I feel like I’m going to lose my mind
