Review almost 1 year after SMILE LASIK

It’s been almost 1 year since the surgery, and these are the pros and cons I feel Pros: 1. I can see so well >I wore glasses and contact lenses my whole life, so just being able to see well itself feels amazing and really nice 2. Highly recommend for people with allergic rhinitis and conjunctivitis >I usually lived with atopy + allergic rhinitis + conjunctivitis, so I wore contacts and rubbed my eyes a lot   Because of that, I would get corneal scratches, developed under-eye wrinkles, and my eyes would swell so much that my lenses would pop out often, but now none of that happens, so I’m very satisfied 3. Fast recovery after SMILE LASIK surgery >I’m addicted to dopamine, so I thought it would be hard if I couldn’t use my smartphone for long, so I chose SMILE LASIK instead of LASEK. After a few hours of pain on the same day,   I was fine right away Cons: 1. Glare/halos >My pupils were originally large, so I already had eyes with glare/halos, and they told me that if I got SMILE LASIK, the glare/halos could get worse   I still had the surgery, but nighttime driving is uncomfortable >Nighttime driving discomfort is the biggest downside I feel right now, but I can still drive with my bare eyes >After surgery, I could barely look at bright lights, almost like I was being exorcised, but after about a week it got better Conclusion: >I haven’t really felt any major downside yet, and glare/halos seem to be the biggest drawback >Overall, I’m very satisfied, and I think it was the best surgery I chose to get Like 0 Empathy emoticon Translating SMILE LASIK Would you like to save this review? +0 This is a surgery review pursuing natural beauty.
