Honestly, I was a little scared In terms of cost, getting a muscle reduction surgery would be better, but I decided to get Botox The consultant said that almost everyone gets muscle reduction surgery though Anyway, I had the procedure For the first two weeks, my legs were a bit swollen There was also a slight pulling sensation It wasn't difficult to walk, but... it felt like enough tension to be a little burdensome if I tried to run Was it about two weeks like that? After that, the swelling completely went down and the pulling sensation went away too Then about a month later, my legs started to get slimmer Especially when I woke up in the morning, my calves weren't swollen at all and I even saw a slimming effect in my legs, so I felt very pleased after doing it But as expected, the effect isn't permanent...-,- It seems to last about 4 months~? I also went on a 10-day overseas trip (I walked a lot there) and I exercised a lot, so I think the effect didn't last as long as in an average case I didn't really do stretching very diligently either Still, last summer, I was definitely able to wear shorts and skirts more confidently than the summer before, so I don't feel like it was a total waste of money So I'm thinking about doing it again around this spring I'm also considering muscle reduction surgery a little but I'm too scared... Oh, and during the procedure, it felt a bit more sore than I expected It wasn't very painful though...
