Common methods for revision ptosis correction surgery

I had non-incisional ptosis correction 8 years ago, and I was recommended revision incisional ptosis correction (my double eyelid has come undone.. it’s pseudoptosis). Leaving aside the fact that they recommended ptosis correction for pseudoptosis, I’m curious about how revision ptosis correction is generally performed. The Müller’s muscle is tied from the non-incisional ptosis correction, right? Then, when tying the levator palpebrae superioris with incisional ptosis correction, I’m wondering whether it’s standard to release the adhesions of the Müller’s muscle that has already developed adhesions and then tie the levator palpebrae superioris, or whether they just leave the Müller’s muscle tied as it is and tie the levator palpebrae superioris as well. I’ve had consultations at five places so far, and I asked only two of them again about the surgical method. Hospital A said they would leave the Müller’s muscle alone and proceed with revision surgery, while Hospital B said they would release the Müller’s muscle and newly perform revision surgery using the levator palpebrae superioris. That’s what they answered. To me, the surgery to release the adhesions of the Müller’s muscle itself feels like an extremely difficult surgery… Which side is saying something at least more reasonable? Also, please recommend any clinics that are conservative about ptosis correction. So far I’ve been to ㅇㅇㅎ, ㅂㅂ, ㄴㅅㅎ, ㅈㅇㅈㅇ, and ㅇㅎㅅ. I watched the YouTube videos of Dr. ㅇㅅ in Bundang, and it seems like he doesn’t recommend ptosis correction easily, so I’m thinking of going there once. Other than that, I’m also considering ㅇㅁㄹ and ㅁㅅㄹㅇ.
