<Before surgery><Before surgery><Before surgery><After surgery><After surgery><After surgery>I work out consistently in my daily life, but only my upper arms always felt especially 1.5 times bigger, and since I would need time to wear a compression garment while going about daily life, my personal time off happened to line up, so I thought, let’s just do it now! and went ahead with the surgery! When I was being examined at the clinic, the director touched my arms and said my skin is on the thicker side and that I wasn’t the case where the results come out best, so the change probably wouldn’t be dramatic (I think they said arms with thin skin and a lot of fat show the most dramatic results.) Still, it was a surgery I had wanted for so long, so I went into it with the mindset of just doing it. After surgery, the thickness of my arms definitely decreased a lot compared to before. My arms have thicker skin and some muscle, so I feel slightly disappointed, but I’m going to try losing a bit more weight from here and improve my arm line more! I think then my upper arms will look even prettier than now lol After surgery, I had quite long-lasting firmness/lumpiness, so it lasted until about a month and a half, and I consistently stretched for an hour a day. When you stretch, the firmness/lumpiness is less severe and you can visibly see the line changing little by little! In daily life, it was pretty uncomfortable until one month! Since it was summer, wearing the compression garment was uncomfortable and hot, but for a definite change, I held out until one month and took it off after that.
